We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior PMO Analyst to support the successful delivery of IT projects within a banking environment. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals who are looking to build their Project Management Office (PMO) experience while working alongside experienced Project Managers on enterprise technology initiatives. The successful candidate will provide project coordination, reporting, governance, budgeting support, and administrative assistance to ensure projects are delivered efficiently. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers in coordinating day-to-day project activities. Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and presentation materials. Track project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and action items. Assist with project budget tracking, invoice processing, and payment coordination. Support resource planning, onboarding coordination, and utilization tracking. Organize project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Coordinate with internal teams, business users, vendors, and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with PMO governance standards. Provide administrative and coordination support throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Approximately 1–2 years of relevant experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Project Administration, or Project Support. Exposure to IT, Technology, Banking, or Digital Transformation projects is preferred. Basic understanding of project management methodologies and project lifecycle. Experience preparing project reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and project documentation. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written), as the role requires coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and regional teams. Preferred Skills Banking or Financial Services experience ( Good to Have ) Vendor management or coordination. Budget tracking and project financial reporting. Resource planning and utilization tracking. Power BI, Power Automate. Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Project. CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or other PM certifications are advantageous.
