Lead high-value international partnership development to secure external funding and reduce reliance on central funding for NUS Enterprise. Develop and execute a global partnership strategy to create tangible opportunities for venture creation, startup scaling, and technology translation. Requires over 15 years of experience in strategic partnerships, fundraising, or ecosystem building with a proven track record of securing significant external funding. Must possess a strong global network and the ability to operate independently across diverse markets and sectors.
