About this role

Responsibilities: ● Oversee and manage commercial documentation, including Purchase Orders (POs), quotations, delivery notes, order acknowledgments (OAs), and proposals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client requirements and internal standards. ● Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering timely and accurate responses to product inquiries. Provide solutions and guidance on product features, specifications, and suitability. ● Conduct comprehensive pricing analysis to develop and implement pricing strategies that optimize profit margins while ensuring client satisfaction and profitability. ● Oversee the timely delivery of products, ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained throughout the process and products reach clients on schedule. ● Manage logistics operations to ensure smooth execution of product delivery and alignment with company objectives. ● Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial department processes by applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. ● Enhance the efficiency and productivity of the CRM system by streamlining processes and workflows, ensuring optimal service to clients and improved internal operations. ● Lead and manage digital marketing projects, developing, implementing, and analyzing strategies that effectively showcase product features and benefits to increase brand visibility and market positioning. ● Work as sales representative, actively introducing and promoting products to potential clients, fostering strong relationships, and contributing to the growth of the sales pipeline. About You: ● Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Engineering related ● Proven experience in commercial product management, pricing strategies, or a similar role. ● Prior experience in direct pharmaceutical industry experience will be preferred. ● Strong understanding of product pricing, financial analysis, and market trends. ● Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and CRM systems. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills. ● Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ● Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma) is a plus. ● Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive product success from development through delivery.
