Facility Supervisor (Pharma/Biotech)

Responsibilities: Supervision of facility GMP cleaner. Training of GMP cleaners. Resource and schedule management of GMP cleaners. Material and consumable management. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions. Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures. Manage emergency preparedness plans and conduct drills. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate facility records and documentation. Prepare reports on facility performance and maintenance activities. About You: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and compliance standards. Good knowledge of GMP. Able to perform a 12 hour shift. Contract Period: 12 months, subject to renewal Based in Tuas.
