As the first point of contact for our customers, your friendly and courteous service is key to ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities: Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment transactions. Issue receipts, process refunds, and manage exchanges. Assist customers with enquiries and provide information on products or promotions. Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system with speed and accuracy. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the checkout area. Assist with stock replenishment and managing merchandise displays when needed. Balance the cash register at the start and end of shifts.
