Production Supervisor $3.5K - $4.5K + Variable Bonus (2 Months) + AWS + Transport Provided (Steel Fabrication Environment / West Area)

Key Duties · Supervise and monitor daily progress of bar bending and rebar cutting activities · Lead manpower, materials and equipment planning for critical production activities · Read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings and bar bending schedules · Ensure timely completion of rebar works according to approved drawings · Plan ahead and manage critical activities involving materials, manpower and equipment · Conduct regular quality checks to verify compliance with approved drawings · Resolve production, quality and safety issues promptly on the shopfloor · Ensure all production activities comply with safety and quality standards Requirements · Diploma in any Engineering discipline · Relevant experience in full-time Production Supervision preferred · Experience in Manufacturing, particularly Steel Fabrication Industry · Strong leadership and supervisory skills with manpower planning experience · Good communication and problem-solving skills · Self-motivated, independent, results-oriented and a fast learner · Knowledge of safety management · WSH certification (Supervisory or Lifting Supervision) an added advantage How to Apply Send your CV to jeffrey@oaktree.com.sg Posted by: Jeffrey Chua Kay Hwee EA License No: 06C4642 | EA Reg No: R1110624
