Copier Technician (Printer, Mfp, Pos) Jac

RESPONSIBILITIES · To provide on-site service related activities at customer’s premises, including but notlimited to:- · Perform corrective maintenance work on Multi-Functional Printer (MFP). · Perform on-site service repair/troubleshooting for both Hardware and Software on MFP. · Update of all completed Service Jobs into CRM and clearing of Parts used in SAP system. · Machine setup (including Printer Driver installation & Setup Scanning [Email/PC]) forcustomer’s newly purchased MFP at customer’s premises. · Provide administrative support to the service team, i.e. report updating, collection ofpayment, ordering of service parts, and etc. REQUIREMENTS · Possess GCE ‘N’, ‘O’ Level, Diploma Holder or equivalent. · 2 to 5 years of product management experience in copier including troubleshooting of equipment. · Possess own vehicle · Sound IT knowledge in software. · Strong product technical knowledge in MFP, ECR/ POS. · Good communication and interpersonal skills. · Customer Service oriented structured and organised approach with attention to detail. · Able to work independently and make decisions, escalating where and when necessarily andappropriately.
