Program Director (Payments)

This role involves leading and managing delivery across the Group by defining the prioritized book of work, ensuring alignment with business strategies, and overseeing project activities including roadmaps, resources, and budget. Additionally, the lead is accountable for the continuous availability and health of production systems, managing incidents, and overseeing platform operating budgets. Successful candidates must be strategic thinkers with strong project management expertise, capable of navigating complex landscapes and driving results while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in large-scale BPM programs, including experience in core enterprise payment systems, is required.
