Supermarket Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities: Supervise team members and plan work schedules accordingly. Oversee inventory levels, product presentations, and store cleanliness Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely manner Identify and discard expired or damaged merchandise Restock and rotate products to ensure optimal freshness Maintain fully stocked display areas at all times Apply FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles to extend product shelf life Carry out other tasks and responsibilities as assigned Requirements: Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays Able to work shifts, 6 days per week. Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a supermarket environment, with at least 2 years in a management role Service-oriented and a team player Possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both employees and customers.
