Responsibilities • Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction projects from commencement to completion. • Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements. • Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones. • Monitor site progress and ensure construction activities are completed according to approved plans and quality standards. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. • Identify project risks, technical issues, and construction challenges, and implement effective solutions. • Monitor project costs, material usage, and manpower productivity to maintain budget and schedule objectives. • Review and approve construction methods, material submissions, and work procedures. • Ensure quality control through inspections, testing, and compliance with engineering standards. • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, site records, inspection reports, and technical correspondence. • Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on project status, progress, and key issues. • Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely availability of construction materials and equipment. • Verify completed work for progress claims, subcontractor payments, and project handover. • Support successful project completion by ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, and client satisfaction. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent • Relevant experience in civil construction project management or site engineering. • Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, engineering principles, and building regulations. • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents. • Experience in project planning, scheduling, cost control, and resource management. • Familiarity with quality management systems and construction safety regulations. • Proficiency in project management and engineering software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or equivalent applications. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
