About this role

Job Summary Plan and execute offline and digital marketing activities to drive customer engagement and lead conversion. Coordinate event logistics and support marketing initiatives using design tools and social media management. Responsibilities Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as roadshows, corporate wellness events, and promotional booths to increase brand visibility and customer engagement Coordinate event logistics including setup, manpower planning, and collaboration with operations, customer service, and therapists to ensure smooth event execution Conduct cold outreach through door-to-door visits and street engagement to generate leads and expand customer base Follow up on leads from outreach and events to support conversion and maintain customer relationships Manage social media updates and simple online campaigns to enhance digital presence and track engagement results Create and edit marketing materials, posters, and digital content using Canva or similar design tools to support marketing campaigns Support the marketing team with ad hoc marketing and administrative tasks as needed Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma in a related field At least 1 year of experience in marketing or related field Proficiency in PPC advertising, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and Qoo10 Strong knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics to optimize marketing efforts Excellent analytical skills to interpret marketing data and trends for continuous improvement Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines Familiarity with Adobe products is an advantage Knowledge of the Beauty & Wellness industry is an advantage 工作职责 策划并执行线下市场推广活动,包括路演(Roadshows)、企业健康福利活动(Corporate Wellness Events)及宣传展位(Promotional Booths)。 统筹活动执行细节,包括现场搭建、人力安排,并与内部部门(营运部、客服部及治疗师团队)协调合作,确保活动顺利进行。 通过上门拜访、街头推广及潜在客户开发等方式,主动联系潜在客户及企业客户,开展陌生拜访(Cold Outreach)。 跟进通过推广活动及市场开发所获得的潜在客户,协助提升客户转化率及客户互动。 协助数码营销工作,包括管理社交媒体内容更新、执行简单的线上营销活动,并追踪及分析互动成效。 使用 Canva 或其他类似设计工具制作及编辑简单的市场推广素材、海报及数码内容。 协助市场营销团队完成其他临时安排的市场推广及行政工作。 任职要求 至少持有相关领域的大专文凭(Diploma)或以上学历。 优先考虑拥有至少 1 年相关工作经验者。 关键技能 熟悉 PPC(按点击付费)广告、SEO/SEM(搜索引擎优化/营销)、Shopify、Shopee、Lazada、Qoo10 等电商平台,并全面了解各大社交媒体平台的运作。 熟悉各类社交媒体平台的运营方式、最佳实践,以及网站数据分析(Website Analytics)。 具备优秀的数据分析能力,并掌握最新的数码营销趋势及技术。 具备良好的分析能力,能够独立完成工作。 具备优秀的时间管理能力。 熟悉 Adobe 系列设计软件(如 Photoshop、Illustrator 等)者优先考虑。 具备美容与健康(Beauty & Wellness)行业相关知识者优先考虑。
