Cleaning Supervisor - Commercial Building

Job responsibilities: Supervising multiple team of cleaners for difference projects. Ensure service quality delivery and safety of all our employees. Assist in planning of cleaning service operations work plans. Assist in incident management. Managing inventory of the cleaning equipment and materials used in multiple project sites. Provide guidance and coaching of new team members. Job requisite: May be assigned to a variety of places including indoor and outdoor public places. Must be comfortable to communicate with stakeholders. Prior supervisory experience in service industry is an added advantage.
