Responsibilities: Advice On provisions to minimize safety risks Develop and enforce SHE policies (e.g. accident reporting process) Direct accident investigation procedures Keep records of safety-related incidents and propose corrective actions Organize and conduct SHE training Collaborate with managers to monitor compliance and identify safety issues Intervene in unsafe activities or operations Liaise with and report to official regulatory bodies on SHE matters Conduct site inspections Participate in company and SHE related activities, campaigns and committees Assist SHE Manager in ad-hoc SHE tasks Job Requirement Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels with passes in English, Mathematics and Science or equivalent WSQ: Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) or equivalent (Safety Coordinator Training Course) WSQ: Supervise Workplace Safety and Health in Process Plant or equivalent (OPSIC) Work at Height for Supervisors WSQ: Supervise Work in Confined Space Operation Occupational First Aid BiZsafe Level 2: Risk Management
