Food Processor (Butcher)

Main duties and responsibilities Use specialised tools (e.g., boning knife) to debone meat according to the production requirements or customer orders Use knives or cutting equipment to perform skinning, slicing, trimming and portioning operations Weigh and sort meat products according to product specifications Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work surfaces and tool /equipment in compliance with food safety standards Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets Working Hours 6 working days (Monday to Saturday: 04:00am - 1:20pm) Location 23 Chin Bee Avenue Singapore 619943 (Nearest MRT: Boon Lay) Job requirements 1 year of hands-on experience using Knives, Mincer, Slicer and related machine for meat preparation Comfortable working in 8 – 12 °C working environment, uniform will be provided We regret that only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
