Key Responsibilities: Source and procure raw materials, subcontract machining, surface treatment (coating), and related services. Conduct vendor negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms. Prepare, issue, and evaluate Requests for Quotation (RFQs) in accordance with project requirements. Liaise with freight forwarders to coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods. Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to support purchasing activities for assigned projects. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards. Requirements: Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain functions. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Experience working with RFQs and supplier evaluations. Familiarity with logistics coordination and freight forwarding processes is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
