About the Role We are looking for a creative and results-driven Content Producer to lead the production of engaging short-form video content across our digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands that successful content is driven by performance as much as creativity. You will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, publishing, and optimising video content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and sales across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Produce engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other digital platforms, with a target of 20–30 completed video assets each month. Manage the entire content production process, including content planning, filming, editing, caption writing, publishing, and performance reporting. Develop creative assets for paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok, including multiple creative variations, user-generated content (UGC)-style videos, product demonstrations, lifestyle content, and compliant testimonial formats. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure all content aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives. Coordinate and direct content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors during content shoots, transforming raw footage into high-quality marketing assets. Organise and maintain a structured digital asset library to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and reuse of creative materials. Repurpose livestream recordings and long-form content into engaging short-form videos for social media and advertising. Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement, reach, watch time, and conversion metrics. Ensure all marketing content complies with Singapore regulations governing health supplement advertising. Training will be provided, and strict adherence to compliance requirements is expected. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience producing short-form video content for consumer brands, e-commerce businesses, or marketing agencies. Strong proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent editing platforms. Experience filming content using both smartphones and professional camera equipment. A portfolio demonstrating high-performing digital content, with examples of measurable campaign performance or engagement metrics where available. Strong understanding of social media storytelling, audience retention strategies, and short-form content optimisation. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet production deadlines. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
