HR Officer

Key Responsibilities: Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Assist with payroll administration, including overtime calculations, salary withholding, and salary release. Process employee leave applications and maintain accurate leave records. Coordinate training registrations and follow up on course confirmations and payment arrangements. Administer the Time Management System, including roster uploads and employee data updates. Assist with work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations. Verify invoices, raise purchase requisitions, and process goods receipt transactions. Provide administrative support for employee-related resources, including stationery, uniforms, and safety shoes. Liaise with relevant government agencies and authorities (e.g. MOM) on HR-related matters, statutory surveys, and compliance reporting. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in a Human Resources role. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
