Job Summary Join our team as an Event Promoter to engage potential customers, promote client services, and develop your customer service skills in a fast-paced, growth-focused workplace. Responsibilities Promote client services by actively engaging with potential customers to increase awareness and interest Communicate clearly and professionally to explain service benefits and answer customer questions Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily promotional goals and support overall event success Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor to create a welcoming environment for customers Participate in training sessions to develop skills and improve promotional techniques Attend team-building activities to strengthen workplace relationships and contribute to a supportive culture Refer qualified friends to the team to earn referral bonuses and support team growth Other Information Schedule: Day shift, 5–6 days per week Commitment: Minimum of 3 months Compensation: Weekly payout every Saturday Benefits: Full training provided and travel opportunities Environment: Positive and supportive workplace focused on growth and professional development Socials: Regular team-building activities, including dinners and recreational outings
