Clinic Assistant & Receptionist

We're looking for a receptionist to join our team and help us take great care of our patients. Onsite Health is a chiropractic and physiotherapy clinic with two locations in Singapore — Novena Medical Centre and Capital Building in Raffles Place. We see a friendly mix of working professionals, expats, and corporate clients, and we also run an active on-site programme delivering pop-up clinics, ergonomic assessments, and MSK screenings at offices around the city. The front desk plays a central role in keeping everything running smoothly. The role You'll be the first person patients see and the voice they hear on the phone. You'll help shape the rhythm of the day — bookings, check-ins, payments, follow-ups — and work closely with our chiropractors and physiotherapists to make sure every patient feels well looked after. A typical day looks like: Welcoming patients and managing check-ins Handling bookings, rescheduling, and enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, and email Following up on missed appointments, pending bookings, and reminders Processing payments and reconciling collections at end of day Supporting insurance claims, billing, and receipts Coordinating schedules across practitioners and both clinics Managing referrals, medical reports, and correspondence with insurers and doctors Keeping patient records tidy and documentation complete Keeping the clinic tidy, stocked, and presentable Supporting the team with general clinic operations You'll fit in here if you're: Warm and patient-centred, with a calm presence Organised and detail-oriented Confident on the phone and in person Comfortable managing a busy reception independently Quick with computers and happy to learn new systems Dependable and proactive Nice to have: 1–2 years in reception, front desk, or admin (healthcare or clinic experience is a plus) Schedule 4–5 days per week At least one weekend day required (Sat or Sun); both is preferred Stronger weekend availability is reflected in pay Salary SGD $2,000 – $3,000 per month, depending on experience and weekend availability Why Onsite Health Two well-located clinics — Novena and Raffles Place A friendly, supportive team where your work genuinely matters Variety in the role — clinic work alongside exposure to our corporate wellness arm Room to grow into clinic operations over time Locations Novena Medical Centre — 10 Sinaran Drive #10-02 Capital Building — 22 Malacca Street #11-02, Raffles Place
