Mathematics Coach/ Teacher

Position: Math Coach We are currently looking for highly passionate, committed, and responsible Math Coaches who are familiar with the Singapore Mathematics Syllabus to implement a MOE-aligned math curriculum in an onsite learning environment that encourages children from 6 to 12 years old to fulfill their academic potential. Our ideal candidate will tailor educational plans to help all students develop intellectually, socially, and emotionally. The goal is to help cultivate the students’ interest in education and be their dedicated ally in the entire process of learning and development. Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons, promoting the general progress and well-being of students Create an onsite classroom culture that is welcoming and positive Utilise a wide variety of teaching methods to create deep understanding for all learners Drive outstanding student achievement for all students in your class Conduct engaging trial lessons to drive student conversion Establish and maintain harmonious relationships with students and parents Provide weekly updates to parents on students’ performance and progress Assess, record, and report on the development and progress of students Attend and participate in curriculum meetings and trainings Requirements: A Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with relevant specialisation, or a Degree/ Diploma in Education At least 1 year of relevant professional teaching experience Outstanding verbal, non-verbal, and written skills Excellent interpersonal, organisation, and time management skills Creative, positive, and energetic disposition Growth mindset Computer-literate Be willing to be trained in the Oodles teaching method Be willing to work 2 weekends and 3 weekdays Company Benefits: Medical and dental benefits Birthday leave Incentive program
