Manager, Property Management

JOB DESCRIPTION Our client, an established real estate investment and property management firm, is currently looking for a Property Management Manager to join their team. The Property Management Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of an assigned portfolio of properties, ensuring high standards of upkeep, regulatory compliance and tenant service. The role includes conducting property inspections, managing repairs and rectification works, establishing operating and emergency procedures, implementing energy-saving initiatives, and overseeing upgrading or redevelopment works. Additionally, the responsibility includes managing vendors and service contracts, preparing and monitoring CAPEX and OPEX budgets, coordinating tenant handovers, fit-outs and reinstatement works, and delivering asset enhancement projects from planning through commissioning. Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with a cohesive team.
