Oracle Identity Developer

Job Summary We are looking for an Oracle Identity Developer with 2–5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for Oracle OIM application onboarding, account provisioning, reconciliation, Java development, REST API integrations, documentation, and client interactions. The candidate should be capable of independently handling application onboarding and end-to-end provisioning using the RBAC model. Key Responsibilities * Perform Oracle OIM application onboarding for both connected and disconnected applications. * Configure and support automatic reconciliation processes for user accounts and entitlements. * Implement and support end-to-end account provisioning using the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) model. * Develop and maintain Oracle OIM customizations using Java. * Build and support integrations with target applications using REST APIs. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution design documents, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. * Interact with clients to gather requirements, provide implementation updates, and resolve technical issues. * Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning, reconciliation, and connector-related issues. * Participate in Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production support. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IAM solutions within project timelines. Required Skills * 2–5 years of experience in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM). * Strong hands-on experience in Oracle OIM application onboarding, including connected and disconnected applications. * Experience in account provisioning, reconciliation, and RBAC implementation. * Strong knowledge of Java development. * Experience in integrating applications using REST APIs. * Good understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts. * Knowledge of SQL and Oracle Database. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills. Nice to Have * Exposure to Oracle Identity Governance (OIG). * Experience with LDAP and Active Directory integration. * Knowledge of WebLogic Server and Linux/Unix environments. * Experience in Oracle OIM connector customization. * Understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management processes.
