Service Technician/Engineer

• Perform Preventative Maintenance for designated systems and infrastructure services for Data Centers • Perform troubleshooting, installation, field modification works and repair works • Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner • Maintaining regular communications with service support and customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up • Adhering to Bizsafe (Work Safety) and all other applicable regulatory requirements • May be stationed at customers' sites for Facilities management services whenever necessary
