Strong experience delivering enterprise workflow solutions within Banking or Financial Services. Must have 5+ years OpenText ECM & BPM Architect experience Experience working on large-scale enterprise workflow transformation projects. Must have experience in: OpenText AppWorks, OpenText BPM, Enterprise Workflow Platforms, Business Process Management (BPM), Case Management Systems, Document Management Systems, Workflow Automation OpenText/AppWorks workflow experience with AML/KYC banking processes experience Experience in Enterprise Workflow solutions within the banking domain. Hands-on experience with OpenText AppWorks, OpenText BPM, or similar workflow platforms . Experience in AML/KYC transformation, remediation, client lifecycle management, or compliance workflow projects . The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of AML/KYC processes and hands-on exposure to OpenText AppWorks or similar workflow/BPMplatforms. Oversee the OpenText AppWorks and development of software systems in organisational units. Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented in the organisation. Oversee OpenText AppWorks development of Proof-of-Concept/ solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered. Previous working experience as a Senior Tech Analyst in banking or financial services. Good hands-on experience of AML/KYC processes , customer onboarding, due diligence, screening, risk rating, periodic review, and case workflows. 5+ years experience in enterprise workflow, BPM, case management, or document management systems – Must Strong documentation skills: BRD, FSD, process flows, user stories, test cases. Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall delivery, SIT, UAT, and production support. Ability to work with business, compliance, operations, technology, and vendor teams. Strong analytical, communication, ownership, and stakeholder management skills. Domain: Banking / AML / KYC / Enterprise Workflow Key Responsibilities Lead the technical delivery and management of OpenText AppWorks enterprise workflow applications within the banking environment. Analyse business requirements related to AML, KYC, Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), customer onboarding, screening, due diligence, risk rating, periodic review, case management, and approval workflows. Design scalable enterprise workflow solutions using OpenText AppWorks and BPM technologies. Collaborate with business users, compliance teams, operations, technology teams, and external vendors. Work as a OpenText AppWorks TDM for enterprise workflow applications in a banking environment. Understand business requirements related to AML, KYC, client onboarding, screening, due diligence, case management, and approval workflows . Analyse current workflows, identify gaps, and translate business needs into functional specifications. Work with business users, compliance teams, technology teams, and vendors to define workflow and system requirements. Prepare and maintain documents such as BRD, FSD, user stories, process flows, use cases, test scenarios, and traceability matrix . Support solution design, configuration, testing, defect analysis, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support. Coordinate with development teams on OpenText AppWorks / BPM / workflow platform changes. Ensure solutions are aligned with banking controls, audit, compliance, and operational requirements. Nice to Have Knowledge of banking regulatory and audit requirements. Basic understanding of APIs, integration, SQL, and system interface concepts
