Opening Job Opportunity: As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will ensure seamless coordination and collaboration with our valued suppliers. What You Will Do Generating Purchase Orders to suppliers upon approval of Purchase Requisition forms. Maintaining and updating the supplier's AVL master database. Processing Good Receiving Notes upon receiving supplier's Delivery Orders. Collaborating with suppliers and vendors on cost reduction initiatives while ensuring goods and services meet quality standards. Reconciling supplier invoices to Finance for month-end invoice payments. Supporting annual stock-take and audit exercises. What You Must Have Minimum GCE 'O' Levels qualification Relevant work experience of at least 1 year is preferred but not mandatory What Nice To Have Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email) Some hands-on experience with ERP system or other relevant system
