The role - Orchard Scotts Dental is a premium aesthetic dental practice, founded by Dr Jerry Lim and Dr Ronnie Yap and built on a simple idea: considered work, done properly, that is meant to last. Our founders have spent close to two decades refining that approach — and teaching it to practitioners across Singapore. We are looking for one marketing executive to help tell that story well, and to learn, from the inside, how a modern marketing operation is actually run. This is an apprenticeship as much as a job. You will work directly with our Fractional CMO, be given real responsibility early, and be handed the tools, systems and thinking to handle it. In return we ask for output, standards, and the willingness to learn quickly. It is for someone with something to prove — to themselves, or to someone else. If you want a quiet corporate lane, this is not it. If you want to become genuinely good at marketing, quickly, and you take pride in a high standard of work, keep reading. What you'll do You will keep the marketing operation running and produce much of the work that goes out the door: Coordinate the day-to-day: content calendars, scheduling, task tracking, follow-ups, and the administrative work that keeps a busy practice on rhythm. Produce marketing assets — social content, email, website updates, patient communications, simple collateral and decks — increasingly with the help of AI tools, to a standard we are comfortable putting in front of a discerning audience. Support content and campaigns end to end: preparing briefs, gathering inputs, coordinating with the clinical team, checking work, and making sure nothing slips between the cracks. Learn and run the systems: how we plan, produce, review and publish — and how AI fits into each step. Because we market a healthcare practice, the work is done with care and attention to detail. You will learn to produce marketing that is both compelling and responsible. What you'll learn Marketing operations — how a modern practice runs its marketing, end to end. AI-assisted production — using AI as a genuine working tool, not a novelty, to produce more and better. Systems and thinking — the frameworks behind the output, so that in time you can design your own. Premium service delivery — what it takes to consistently do high-standard work in a business where the standard is the point. You will not learn this from a course. You will learn it by doing the work, alongside someone who has done it, correcting you as you go. Who this is for ? Hungry, self-directed and eager to learn — the kind of person who teaches themselves the thing they do not yet know. Comfortable with technology and genuinely curious about AI and how to use it well. Organised, reliable and careful with details — you keep your commitments. A clear writer in English. Someone who enjoys producing a lot of good work, and who takes pride in the standard, not only the volume. Formal experience is welcome but not the point. A shortfall in experience can be covered by drive, selflearning and work ethic. Attitude is the filter. Requirements Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field — or demonstrable ability that makes the qualification beside the point. 0–2 years of experience. Fresh graduates and career-switchers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply. Strong written English and a good eye for detail. Confident with everyday digital tools, and quick to pick up new ones. Nice to have Any of these will get our attention, though none is required: hands-on experience with social media content, Canva or design tools, basic website editing, Google Analytics or Search Console, or real tinkering with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude. An interest in healthcare, aesthetics or premium brands is a plus. If you have made something on your own — a page, a channel, a small project — show us. What we offer Direct mentorship from a Fractional CMO, real ownership early, and a rare front-row seat to how AI is changing marketing work — inside an established practice with genuine substance to its story. This is a place to compound quickly. We will empower you, and we expect you to run with it. We read the note first.
