Recruitment Cum HR Admin Assistant

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels. Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Match candidates’ profiles with job requirements to ensure suitability. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Work closely with internal teams to maintain a strong talent pipeline. Ensure recruitment efforts align with company KPIs and hiring goals. Prepare HR-related letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, etc. Monitor and verify employee attendance and overtime records for payroll processing. Manage and process Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) claims. Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures. Handle employee queries and maintain up-to-date HR records. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
