Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with elegance. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction. Keep up with beauty industry trends to suggest new marketing ideas. Motivate/building teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and good working environment. Willingness to work night shift and split shift. Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
