Sales Supervisor

Oversee daily sales operations involving various product categories. Monitor and drive the sales team to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies based on product trends and customer demand. Assign sales territories or client accounts to team members. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and wholesale buyers. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively. Maintain strong relationships with key customers and support the team in handling complex negotiations or escalated cases. Identify new sales opportunities and support the development of long-term customer partnerships. Willingness to work night shift and split shift. Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
