Investment & Operations Manager

Develop and execute investment strategies across equities, fixed income, or other financial instruments in line with company objectives. Monitor portfolio performance, market trends, and macroeconomic indicators to support informed investment decisions. Oversee daily trading operations, execution processes, and settlement activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Manage risk exposure, implement risk control frameworks, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence on investment opportunities. Prepare investment reports, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations for senior management. Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and financial institutions to support investment activities. Ensure operational processes, documentation, and reporting standards are maintained at a high level of accuracy. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system enhancement within investment operations. Support regulatory reporting, audit processes, and internal control reviews.
