Provide professional consultation on hair care, scalp conditions, and suitable treatments. Proficient with all skin and hair treatments. Recommend suitable products and services based on customers’ needs. Assist in treatment procedures such as hair/scalp therapy or product application. Educate clients on home care and long-term hair solutions. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction. Support the team in achieving monthly sales and service goals. Motivate/building teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and good working environment. Willingness to work night shift and split shift. Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
