Accounts Executive (Acca)

Salary Budget Annual Leave 14+1 Annual Performance Bonus 35 Hours Work Week (Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm) Hybrid Work Arrangement We are looking for a detail oriented Accounts Executive to manage our Accounts Payable function and oversee the financial integrity of our high volume eCommerce operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our financial records accurately reflect our digital sales performance and vendor obligations. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable : Manage the full AP cycle, from invoice verification and PO matching to timely payment processing. Transaction Reconciliation : Perform daily/weekly reconciliations of platform payout reports against bank settlements and internal sales data. Data Integrity : Identify and resolve discrepancies in platform fees, commissions, and shipping costs to ensure accurate revenue recognition. Month-End Support: Assist with closing procedures, including bank reconciliations, accruals, and preparation of supporting schedules. Compliance : Maintain organized financial documentation and support audit/tax preparation processes. Requirements Able to start ASAP. Proven experience in an Accounts Assistant or Junior Executive role. Must possess or be actively pursui ng ACCA accreditation. Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Ex cel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP). Experience with cloud-based accounting softwar e (Xero / NetSuite) is highly preferred. Ability to manage high volumes of transactional data with a high degree of accuracy.
