M&E Manager (Tender)

Hiring Job Title : M&E Tender Manager Job location : Alexandra Road Responsibilities · Review tender requirements from Clients/Consultants, not limiting to tender documents, drawings, site surveys and tender briefs. · Attend site show-round, tender interview and meetings as and when necessary. · Liaise with internal project members for integrating of M&E design into proposals. · Develop M&E designs and layouts for proposals. · Develop cost proposals according to the design intend. · Source for and compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. · Proposed value engineering for M&E designs. · Ensure tender submissions/proposals are fully complied with Clients’/Consultants’ requirements. · Ensure tender submissions/proposals are aligned to industry norms and adheres to local authorities’ standards and compliance. · Negotiate and procure ma…
