Senior Associate, Sales

The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth by developing a customer prospect pipeline focused on winning modernization tenders and seeking new opportunities in the Volume market. Responsibilities include managing an existing customer portfolio, serving as the primary contact for customer needs, developing new customers, creating a sales strategy, tracking opportunities, conducting negotiations, and collaborating with team members. Candidates must possess a Business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or technical business administrator, coupled with three years of prior work experience. Essential qualities include experience selling technical service agreements requiring consultation, strong customer and service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, high commitment, reliability, and a target focus for working at pace in a complex corporate organization.
