Role Description The Junior Product Risk &Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. The hiring company is seeking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Product and Operational Risk Specialist to support their risk management framework. This role will involve identifying, assessing, and mitigating product and operational risks across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance, develop risk controls, and support continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in trade/middle office support, risk management or a related field. Basic understanding of risk management methodologies. Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or related industries. Familiarity with risk management frameworks such as GDPR, COSO, Basel, or ISO 31000. Key Responsibilities Assist in the identification, assessment and monitoring of product & operational risks. Support the development and implementation of risk control measures to mitigate identified risks. Conduct risk assessments on new and existing products, services and processes. Assist in maintaining risk registers and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes. Monitor and analyze key risk indicators (KRIs) to ensure timely identification of potential risks. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to risk management policies and procedures. Assist in preparing risk reports and presentations for senior management.
