We are looking for a responsible and proactive individual to join our team as a Marketing & Admin Support. Job Scope • Assist in managing social media postings and marketing coordination • Support content preparation for Instagram, Facebook, and marketing campaigns • Organise project photos, files, and showroom materials • Assist with day-to-day administrative coordination • Coordinate with clients, designers, and suppliers when required • Handle basic enquiries and administrative support duties Requirements • Organized, responsible, willing to learn • Good communication and coordination skills • Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, CapCut or basic content tools • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Positive attitude with good work ethic • Prior experience is a bonus, but not required If you enjoy creative work, coordination, and being part of the renovation industry, we’d love to hear from you. // Let’s create something extraordinary together.
