Conduct in-progress inspections, identifying and reporting any non-conformities. Attend site coordination and quality meetings. Witness inspection and testing sessions to ensure adherence to designs and specifications. Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Resident Technical Officer or in a relevant role. Registered and valid RE/RTO accreditation by the Joint Accreditation Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES). Preferred applicants with a Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors Course (BCSS). Conversant in statutory codes and requirements. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
