Construction Supervisor

Job Description & Requirements Supervise group of workers to carry out site work in accordance with construction schedule. Ensure smooth progress of site works Report all issues concerned on site works Assist to identify any environmental health irregularities and recommend measures To responsible for all others related or ad-hoc duties as and when directed Liaise with subcontractors and relevant authorities Oversee maintenance of railroad tracks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols Apply deep knowledge of rail infrastructure and track engineering fundamentals to maintain track integrity Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify faults or areas needing improvement in rails, ties, ballast, and drainage systems Develop and implement proactive maintenance and repair strategies based on inspection findings Coordinate with operations, safety, and engineering departments to plan and execute maintenance activities effectively Manage resources efficiently to support continuous railway operations and maintenance Stay updated on the latest industry standards and best practices to enhance track maintenance and safety
