Assistant Manager, Equipment Management (one-way)

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing global container sales, interchange, one-way, and sublease operations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to maximize cost efficiency while maintaining safety and compliance. Key tasks include planning annual targets, sourcing supply, negotiating contracts, and managing operational issues related to container movements. Candidates must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in equipment management, procurement, or container trading/sales. Essential skills include excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, strong knowledge of container operations (interchange, one-way, sale, disposal), and familiarity with tracking/inventory systems.
