Locum Speech Therapist (Community Hospital, East)

We are actively hiring for a client in a Community Hospital setting in Singapore and we wish to invite interested therapist to apply the role. Job Code: SCHE05/08/ST Locum Speech Therapist - 6 months Provide speech therapy and swallowing assessment / intervention to patients Maximize patients' speech and swallowing potential and improve quality of life Formulate and implement appropriate goals and treatment plans Assess diagnose, manage, and treat swallowing, speech impairments Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team Regular review of planned goals and modification of goals in accordance of SMART goals to ensure effective therapy is being delivered Plan future follow up or discharge from ST services based on patients’ performance.
