We are actively hiring for a client in a Community Hospital setting in Singapore and we wish to invite interested Pharmacy Assistant to apply the role. Job Code: SCHE08/05/PHA Pharmacy Assistant - Front Facing Support pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions and over-the-counter medicines. Ensure all medications are accurately labeled, packaged, and arranged. Oversee the secure and appropriate storage of pharmaceutical products. Handle incoming inventory by unpacking, tagging, and organizing stock on shelves. Track and restock supplies to maintain consistent inventory levels. Execute cashier functions and process payments as needed. Adhere to pharmacy protocols and mandatory health and safety standards. Assist with additional tasks as directed by the pharmacist or supervisor. Requirements Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification. Strong sense of responsibility and a high level of attention to detail. A collaborative team player who can work well with others. Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or logistics is preferred, but not required as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
