Permanent Pharmacist (Community Hospital, Simei/Bedok)

We are actively hiring for a client in a Community Hospital setting in Singapore and we wish to invite interested Pharmacists to apply the role. Job Code: SCHE15/04/PH Permanent Pharmacist Dispense and verify medications accurately Counsel patients on safe and effective medication use Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimise therapy Manage inventory and ensure regulatory compliance Support clinical services: reviews, reconciliation, monitoring Lead, mentor, and guide junior staff Drive quality, safety, and service improvements Requirements A Degree or Post-graduate qualification in Pharmacy. Must be a registered pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC). Strong communication skills and an ability to listen effectively to patient and team needs. A collaborative mindset with a commitment to being an excellent team player. Demonstrated clinical expertise and competency in pharmacy practice.
