Job Summary Manage procurement activities for construction materials and services to support project execution, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, timely delivery, and strong supplier relationships. Responsibilities Source construction materials and services to meet project requirements and budget constraints Obtain and compare supplier quotations to identify best value options Prepare and issue accurate Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers Coordinate with suppliers and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials Negotiate prices and terms to optimize procurement costs and maintain supplier partnerships Maintain organized procurement records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field 1–2 years of procurement experience in the construction industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Effective negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
