Company Overview PAL-LINK CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is a general builder specializing in construction, alteration, and addition (A&A) projects. They serve government bodies such as HDB, MOE, and LTA, as well as associations and commercial enterprises including religious buildings and condominiums. Job Summary Lead and mentor project teams to deliver construction projects on time and within budget while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards for government and commercial clients. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a project team to follow established procedures, providing guidance and supervision to ensure effective execution Plan and allocate resources to achieve project milestones within specified timeframes and budgets Prepare and submit detailed progress, budget, and safety reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making Monitor and enforce company quality standards to ensure all construction works meet required specifications Ensure engineers and supervisors comply with client requirements and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle Implement and maintain Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) standards consistently on all project sites Coordinate communication and collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve project issues and align objectives Required competencies and certifications Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related field Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HIP/HDB projects Qualification by HDB for HIP projects
