Logistics Executive (Manufacturing/ Full Time)

Job Overview The Logistics Executive will oversee daily import/export operations, optimize shipping schedules, and coordinate with internal teams and service providers to ensure smooth and cost-efficient logistics processes. Job Description Manage daily import and export logistics operations, including shipment coordination, delivery arrangements, and documentation. Monitor shipment schedules and support demand forecasting to ensure on-time delivery. Review and improve logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Prepare logistics cost reports, warehouse and freight cost forecasts, and KPI performance reports. Verify logistics service provider invoices and process payment approvals. Process goods receipt (GRN) for indirect materials and spare parts used in manufacturing. Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse service providers to ensure smooth logistics operations. Experience & Qualification Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse, or import/export operations is advantageous for this role. Candidates without prior experience will also be considered. Skills Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, basic data analysis). Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Able to speak and write English and Chinese, as this role requires communicating with suppliers and vendors from China. Why Work With Us?
