R&D Engineer (Cv/LLM/Vlm/AI)

Responsibilities: 1) Research and develop AI algorithms and applications in Computer Vision, Generative AI, Vision-Language Models (VLMs), and Large Language Models (LLMs). 2) Train, fine-tune, and evaluate deep learning models for computer vision and multimodal AI applications such as diffusion models. 3) Develop AI applications using LLM APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent-based workflows. 4) Design, implement, and evaluate AI systems in local and cloud environments. 5) Report of progress and plan to collaborators in an effective and timely manner Requirements: 1) Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or related disciplines. 2) Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch or TensorFlow). 3) Hands-on experience in training, fine-tuning, and evaluating deep learning models. 4) Good understanding of Computer Vision, image generation, and generative AI techniques. 5) Experience with LLMs, LLM APIs, RAG, or AI agent frameworks. 6) Familiarity with Linux, Git, Docker, and model deployment in local/cloud environments. 7) Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning. 8) Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 9) Ability to work independently and manage multiple R&D tasks effectively.
