Job Summary The Finance Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting to support healthcare services and organizational compliance. The role involves handling accounts, budgeting, financial analysis, and maintaining adherence to healthcare industry regulations and internal controls. Daily Finance Operations: In charge of the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments. Process and submission of claims like Medisave and insurance claims to the online portal Monitor and reconcile bank statements and financial transactions. Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports as per requirement of Management. Support the Finance Manager in month-end and year-end closing activities. Assist and support the Finance Manager in the annual forecast and budgeting projection. Any other ad-hoc project assigned by the Superior and Management. Administrative Support: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and filing systems. Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits. Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager, including scheduling meetings and preparing correspondence. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters. Assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance. Requirements & Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office - MSWord and Excel Proficient in accounting software Possess a professional demeanor and conduct with integrity and respect towards all patients, colleagues and other parties Demonstrate patience and approachability while assisting patients and handling challenging situations effectively Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to interact with patients, colleagues and other parties Display adaptability and flexibility to work efficiently in diverse settings with changing demands and schedules Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance standards. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with positive work attitude and strong commitment towards service excellence Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks Ability to work in a team and a fast-paced environment
