General Manager — Multi-Outlet F&B Group (Singapore) Panevino Pte Ltd | Full-Time | Singapore (East Coast / Islandwide) About Us We're a homegrown, independent F&B group operating a portfolio of well-loved neighbourhood concepts — including The Garden Slug (casual all-day dining), Monks Brew Club (specialty coffee), and Cugini Trattoria (Italian) — with an exciting new café concept launching soon. We're a hands-on, owner-operated business with a strong culture of hospitality, quality, and community. As we grow, we're looking for a driven General Manager to take charge of day-to-day operations across our outlets and lead the group to its next stage of growth. The Role You'll be the operational backbone of the group — responsible for the performance, profitability, and people across all outlets. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, moves fast, and is obsessed with both the guest experience and the bottom line. Key Responsibilities Own the P&L across all outlets: drive revenue growth, manage COGS and labour costs, and improve margins outlet by outlet Identify and execute revenue opportunities — menu engineering, pricing, delivery/takeaway channels, events, catering, and promotions Lead, hire, train, and retain outlet managers and their teams; build a strong service culture and reduce turnover Oversee daily operations: rostering, inventory, supplier and vendor management, procurement, and cost controls Ensure consistent food quality, service standards, hygiene, and compliance (SFA licensing, workplace safety, MOM regulations) Set and track KPIs — sales targets, labour cost %, food cost %, guest satisfaction — and report regularly to ownership Support new outlet openings: pre-opening planning, hiring, training, and launch execution Work closely with the owner on strategy, marketing initiatives, and new concept development Who We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of F&B management experience , with at least 2 years managing multiple outlets or a high-volume operation A proven track record of growing revenue and improving profitability — you can point to numbers you've moved Strong command of P&L management, cost control, and F&B operational metrics A natural leader who develops people, holds high standards, and leads from the floor when needed Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable in a lean, owner-operated environment — you take initiative rather than wait for direction Familiarity with Singapore F&B regulations (SFA, MOM, hygiene standards) strongly preferred Experience with POS systems, inventory software, and delivery platforms (GrabFood, Deliveroo, foodpanda) Passion for food, coffee, and genuine hospitality What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus performance-based incentives tied to revenue and profit growth Real ownership and autonomy — direct access to the business owner, fast decisions, no corporate red tape The chance to shape and grow a multi-concept group, including a ground-floor role in new outlet launches Staff meals and F&B perks across all outlets How to Apply Send your CV along with a short note on a specific example of how you've grown revenue or improved profit at a previous outlet to.
