Company Overview We are a new GP clinic in Hougang that aims to promote good health through comprehensive family medicine. Job Summary Join our new GP clinic in Hougang as a part-time Clinic Assistant supporting patient care and clinic operations. Ideal for students, this role involves patient registration, medication dispensing, payment processing, and assisting medical staff. Responsibilities Register patients accurately to ensure smooth clinic operations Dispense medications following clinic protocols to support patient treatment Collect payments and process insurance claims to maintain financial accuracy Perform administrative tasks such as printing and filing documents to support clinic workflow Answer phone calls and reply to emails promptly to provide effective communication Receive goods and conduct stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records Chaperone patients and assist medical staff during procedures to ensure patient comfort and safety Other Information Location: Hougang area (Nearest MRT stations: Hougang and Kovan; Bus services: 25, 51, 53, 55, 62, 72, 81, 87, 112, 151, 854) Start date: Immediate Estimated salary: Part-time pay $13/h onwards (depending on experience and performance) Prior clinic experience is a bonus; training will be provided Job Type: Part-time Work Location: In person Minimum commitment period of 6 months required Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents may apply Please email your resume to: doctor@panoclinic.sg We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
