Retail Store Manager (Non-Aircon)

We are looking for a hands-on and organised Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple attraction booth locations across Singapore, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned booth sites. Conduct regular site visits to ensure booths are clean, functional and well-maintained. Coordinate with technicians and vendors to resolve operational issues. Manage stock replenishment and ensure sites are adequately supplied. Liaise with landlords, partners and internal teams when required. Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements. Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures. Manage a team of guest service associates and ensure KPIs are met. Requirements Minimum 3 years of operations, retail or site management experience. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple locations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and willing to travel across Singapore.
